GETTING TO WIMBERLEY
PLEASE NOTE: Google Maps is your best choice for finding us.
Apple Maps does not yet recognize our address and will not bring you to our location.
Our location is less than a mile from the center of Wimberley.
When the Blanco River is low, you can take RR12 to River Road. Follow River Road until you see the low-water bridge on your left (7A Ranch Resort is on your right). Cross the bridge and take your second right at Shade Road. Follow Shade Road until you see an electric gate. The gate code will be sent to you in your booking confirmation with directions to your individual yurt.
When the Blanco River is too high to cross at the low-water bridge, take RR12 to CR 1492. Make a left onto Shade Road before you get to the low-water bridge. Follow Shade Road until you see an electric gate. The gate code will be sent to you in your booking confirmation with directions to your individual yurt.
GETTING TO DRIPPING SPRINGS
PLEASE NOTE: Google Maps is your best choice for finding us.
Apple Maps does not yet recognize our address and will not bring you to our location.
Our location is about a 30-minute drive northwest of Dripping Springs. Cell service will die once you turn onto McGregor Lane. When you arrive at The Yurtopian gate, you will have a cell signal again, but it's best to pull up your arrival info ahead of time. Once on property, our cell service is better at yurts higher up on our hill (further from the Waterfront). All of our yurts have Wifi, but if you plan to work from your yurt, please contact our office for advice on which one has the fastest, most reliable speeds, as some are better than others.
We highly recommend provisioning for your stay before arriving at your yurt. There's a big H-E-B grocery store on Hwy 290 and a Walgreens at the corner of RR12 and Hwy 290.
